How my journey began

Juline McLean is the Master Consultant for Early Excellence, the Consultation division of Beginning of Excellence, and blossoms as an Early Childhood Consultant with over 10 years of experience in the field. She holds a Bachelor's degree in English and a Master's degree in Curriculum & Instruction with a focus in Teacher Leadership and Early Childhood Development. Juline has worked with various early childhood programs, including Non-profit organizations, child care centers, and private pre-K programs. Her expertise lies in high-quality program development, curriculum design, and grooming schools in successfully preparing for NAEYC and MSDE accreditations. She has designed and implemented successful programs that promote children's social-emotional, cognitive, and physical development. Juline also specializes in working with diverse populations and has developed culturally responsive programs that meet the unique needs of children and families. In addition to her work with early childhood programs, she has also served as a trainer and mentor to early childhood educators. She has provided professional development workshops and coaching sessions to help teachers improve their practices and enhance the quality of their programs.
